N8NOFACE has been described as a Chicano Flannery O’Connor playing chiptune Ministry, the Sleaford Mods of the American Southwest, Suicide for the 21st Century and Ghostmane meets darkwave synthpunk dashed with early Ween’s glue-huffing pop. Lyrically, his sometimes romantic, oftentimes violent storytelling tunes lean toward Narcocorrido, the bloody ballads of Mexican drug cartels. It sounds dark on the surface, but really N8NOFACE’s music is a lot of fun, and as exciting and cathartic as the birth of punk rock and hiphop.

Sharing the split is Justin Pearson (Dead Cross, Deaf Club, The Locust), Luke Henshaw (Sonido de la Frontera), Kevin Avery (Field Day, Retox) and Scott Osment (Deaf Club, Glassing) who formed Planet B with the shared purpose of creating music subversive in sound and sobering in message. Their music is rooted in hip hop, hardcore punk, turntablism, and 70s-80s horror movie scores. Throughout the band's existence, they have been consistently collaborating with influential artists suchs as Kool Keith, Nick Zinner (Yeah Yeah Yeahs), Martin Atkins (ex-PiL, Killing Joke, Ministry, Pigface), ADULT. and Invisibl Skratch Piklz, among many others. For this release, Planet B creates alongside Ms.BOAN (Medio Mutante, //TENSE//) moody, mysterious & experimental, visionary synth-pop legend Mariana A Saldaña brings to the collaboration the stormy emotions of coldwave, the ecstatic energy of EBM, and influences absorbed through her Mexican-American heritage. Serving up intense dance-pop, Ms.BOAN performs with a dramatic, emotional spirit.

This 7” split will be available digitally as well as on limited edition color vinyl in two variants, “bloodshot eyeball” and “half battery.” Digital version has the remix bonus track of N8NOFACE’s “Makes Me Wanna Scream (Planet B Remix)".

Bleed them out, scrape their bones. Tell them they're not going home. Knives and pliers, no more liars. Gasoline then comes fire .... its torture, torture, torture. Toes and fingers nails through knees. We don’t hear your cries or pleas. This is not for information. This is vengeance we've been waiting .. it's torture.
2.
People are so dumb man, it sickens me, makes me wanna scream. I’m the bad guy, yeah, I'm the heel here to ruin everything. Maybe if they met me they would like me, maybe their opinion would change. Maybe fuck em all yea let’s kill em all, leave me a mother fucking stain.
3.
Punk as fuck, but i ain’t no punk.

Carbon unit obsolete, Astronaut goes trick or treat. History doesn’t repeat it just rhymes like a lazy athlete. Tell me how I’m wrong. Please by all means sing this song. We’ve got two left broken hands and two wrong feet made of dead meat. Get beat up on the street, Fuck Off buttons aren’t all that neat. Now two and two can’t add to blue. Connect the tissue. Time machines are so far away. Battery rhyme clears the highway. Thoughts and prayers said all damn day. The’ll fuck you but only halfway. Hauntology reheats dead meat. Dump in back seat, beat off off beat. Pretend shit smells oh so sweet, close the eyes and stop the heartbeat. Mom watched us all cheat and cheat, pretend we are oh so neat. Oops control-alt-delete and tell me how it’s bittersweet. Zeros and ones become old prey. Watch us fail, Mom yells “hooray” She spits us out with some sick pay. Damn, she has to breathe someway.
